Qualification : Any Graduation , CS

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Location : Bangalore

Job Description :

1.Legal & secretarial - Contract drafting, review, legal compliance monitoring, reporting.

2.Good knowledge of company law & practice.

3.IA audit function - exposure to audit procedures & internal control functions.

Technical / Professional Competency Required

  1. Good knowledge of company law, other corporate laws.
  2. Basic knowledge of accounting and audit procedures, auditing standards.
  3. Basic awareness of company policies & procedures.
Managerial Competency Required
  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Good inter-personal skills & coordination across functions

Salary: 3,25,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
