Position:Executive QC
Experience:3 to 6 years
Job Position: Executive Department: Quality Control
Report to: QC Manager/QA Manager Required Experience: 3 to 6 years
Required Education: B. Sc. /M. Sc. /B. Pharm/M. Pharm.
Required License: If, FDA approval (Preferable)

Responsibilities & duties:
To prepare protocol and perform Analytical Method Validation (AMV) of
API.
To perform Reference standard and working standard qualification.
To perform and monitor Equipment Cleaning method validation and process
validation.
To prepare protocol and perform Intermediate Hold time study.
To perform calibration and validation of Laboratory Instruments.
To perform API analytical method transfer to other sight of the
Organisation.
Review of documents like API specification, test data sheets, protocols,
SOP.
Leading a team as a Stability study Section head, co-ordinate with internal
and external customers.
Planning and execution of API stability study samples analysis.
Preparation stability study specification and stability study protocol.
Monitor the stability study packing as per designed protocol.
To design protocol for transportation study of APIs.
Monitor calibration and validation of stability study chambers.
Preparation of standard operating procedures, specifications, test data sheets and
stability study protocol.
Preparation of stability monthly schedule and stability summaries of APIs.
Review of documents like API specification, test data sheets.
Lab Maintaining according to the GLP for USFDA, MHRA and Internal Audits.

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 PA.
